Emma learns to read!

You all know Emma's many talents. Animal noises. Travelling at the speed of light on all fours. Climbing trees. Catching any bug, no matter how fast or gross. Well, we have a new one...
READING! Yes, she read her first books today. Yesterday, I didn't know if I was getting anywhere in our reading lessons, and something awesome happenned today. She read words. Real words. She knows some sight words. I don't know, it's crazy! It's our third week of Kindergarten, and God has been so amazing already! She read three of her early reader books to us. (The Bob books, if any of you have them.)
This ranks up there with one of my proudest moments as a parent. It's like, giving birth, pottytraining, her coming to love Jesus, and now reading! It's awesome!
